Rue de la Muse

A photograph taken in Switzerland, on Rue de la Muse, not far from Lake Geneva and a museum. It is summer. The memory holds a particular contrast: mountain freshness, the shade of the forest, the presence of water, and warmth on the skin.

Rue de la Muse grows from the quiet of the mountains in summer. A landscape at rest, where cool air meets sun-warmed stone and the forest seems to hold its breath.

The fragrance is being developed around that balance. Bergamot and petitgrain bring a bright opening, touched by a subtle fresh-water accord. Green leaves and a hint of fir suggest the forest, while cedar, discreet sandalwood, soft musks, and a mineral accord give depth to the warmth.

Water, green woods, and warm stone form its guiding accord. The composition is still in development, with proportions and balance to be refined through trials.
